Result
Selected work created during my time as an in-house designer at Global Furniture Group from 2016 to 2025. Global Furniture Group is a major Canadian-owned manufacturer and distributor founded in 1966, offering a wide range of office, healthcare, and education furniture.
Opportunity
Over nearly a decade in-house, I helped shape digital, social, print, and multimedia content that strengthened the brand’s presence across product marketing and B2B communications.
CONTENT STRATEGY
FRESH PERSPECTIVE
A Playful Imagination
Global’s visual language was rooted in clean, polished photography, but there was room to bring more energy into the brand through colour, textiles, finishes, and motion. My role focused on finding opportunities to extend that visual system into more dynamic multimedia content, helping grow Global’s social presence while keeping the brand refined and cohesive.
The Challenges
Because the in-house team managed both design and photography, the production pipeline prioritized clean, consistent product imagery for the website and printed brochures. Social content was secondary, so I had to identify ways to extend limited on-set assets into more engaging formats through motion graphics, stop motion, and carefully structured slideshow content.
Multimedia Content Production
Multimedia content production became an important part of how I helped bring Global Furniture Group’s product stories to life. By combining product photography, motion graphics, editing, and digital design, I created content that extended the brand beyond static marketing materials and into more engaging experiences across web and social channels.
Interactive Media
Implemented an interactive media solution that enhanced traditional print brochures with a more engaging digital experience.
The Metrics
Contributed to the growth of the company’s LinkedIn presence from 5k to 75k followers (15× increase), supporting sustained year-over-year growth through strategic content adaptation and cross-platform distribution.

Multi-Channel Content Adaptation
Repurposed long-form video content into a suite of short-form social assets, optimized for platform-specific behavior and engagement. This involved content selection, narrative restructuring, and editing across formats to extend the lifecycle and impact of a single production.
Final Outcomes
Objective
To support Global Furniture Group’s corporate marketing and design communications through clear, consistent, and high-quality design across print, digital, and campaign materials. The objective was to strengthen brand presence, communicate product value effectively, and create assets that supported both internal teams and external audiences.
Role
As an in-house graphic designer, I developed a wide range of creative assets for marketing, sales, and brand communications. My role included concept development, layout design, production, and adaptation across collateral, email, and digital campaigns while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality.
Results
I played a key role in creating multimedia content that strengthened the brand and supported long-term growth with its B2B audience. The continued reposting and reuse of this content well beyond its initial launch reflects its lasting value, relevance, and effectiveness across channels.
